1, ABS system pressure

2, ABS system computer replacement

3, wheel speed sensor adjustment

The sensor can be used for adjusting the sensing head of the paper pad and the end face of the sensing head is completed. Adjust the front wheel speed sensor (Etam Fu type ABS for example): lift the car, remove the front tire and wheel device, loosen the bolts (fastening sensor), the disc brake hole fender remove sensor head, remove the surface of the metal or dirt, and scraping the sensing head end, the sensing head a new face pasted paper pad (a "F" Mark said, round) the paper pad thickness is 1.3mm, loosen the bolts, the sensor bracket fixing bush rotary bushing, to provide a new fixed bolt lock dent, disc brake by fender hole, the sensing head is put into the bushing on the bracket. The sensing head is driven to move to the top of the tooth ring of the sensor until the paper pad is in contact with the tooth ring, and the fastening bolt is tightened with the torque of M and 2.4~4N, and the positioning of the sensing head is made. Re installed tires and wheels, and put down the car, start the engine road test, ABS malfunction indicator light does not shine into a normal system, the sensor is good. Adjust rear wheel sensor sensor with the same adjustment. Lift the car, remove the rear wheel, brake clamp, transmission and sensing head, clean its surface, in the sensing head end stickers gasket (marked R), 35 feet computer ABS paper pad thickness of 0.65mm. 4, hydraulic control unit maintenance

7, hydraulic components leak check
